1.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and taya03 ("Platform Operator", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services offered through taya03, accessible via taya03.co and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimized pages.

1.2 By completing the taya03 registration process, clicking "I Agree" or any functionally equivalent confirmation during onboarding, or by continuing to access and use the Platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.3 These Terms apply to all Users of taya03 regardless of the device used to access the Platform (desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet) or the method of access (web browser, progressive web app, or any other interface).

1.4 taya03 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a taya03 account and to access any gambling or gaming services offered on the Platform. This age restriction is imposed in compliance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) guidelines governing online gambling.

2.2 By registering for a taya03 account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. taya03 will verify your age as part of the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility. taya03 is operated for and directed primarily at Filipino players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of taya03 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players who are physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted are not permitted to use the Platform.

2.4 You may not register or use taya03 if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by yourself through taya03's responsible gaming tools or by a relevant regulatory authority.

3.1 To access taya03's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active taya03 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. taya03 will permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances upon detection of duplicate accounts.

3.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal from your taya03 account, you must complete identity verification by submitting:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID)
• A clear self-portrait photograph (selfie) holding the submitted ID
• Such additional documentation as taya03 may reasonably request

3.4 taya03 will review KYC submissions within a reasonable period. Until KYC is approved, withdrawal requests will be placed in a pending state. Completing KYC as early as possible after registration is strongly recommended to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw funds.

3.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your taya03 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. taya03 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.6 You must notify taya03 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting our support team via the official live chat channel on taya03.co.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. taya03 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Available payment options are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the account wallet section after login.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) fifty (₱50) per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified taya03 accounts are processed as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: typically within 5–15 minutes during normal operating conditions
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers: typically same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST); next business day for requests submitted after this cut-off
• Visa/Mastercard: processing times vary and are subject to card network and issuing bank timelines

4.5 taya03 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose its own fees, which are solely your responsibility.

4.6 Fund Source. All funds deposited to taya03 must originate from a payment account legally belonging to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your taya03 account, is strictly prohibited.

4.7 Currency. All transactions on taya03 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). If your payment method operates in a different currency, your payment provider's conversion rates and fees will apply; taya03 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.8 taya03 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to do so, including where anti-money laundering obligations require such verification.

5.1 taya03 may offer various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty program rewards (collectively, "Bonuses").

5.2 All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum win caps. These specific terms are published with each individual promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only.

5.4 Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Typically, live casino games and table games contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific game contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms. taya03 reserves the right to exclude specific games from qualifying wagering.

5.5 taya03 operates a strict anti-bonus-abuse policy. Activities such as placing low-risk bets (including but not limited to equal bets on red and black in roulette), arbitrage betting, or any betting pattern designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, will be deemed bonus abuse. taya03 reserves the right to void all Bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.6 Welcome Bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available exclusively to new taya03 accounts making their first qualifying deposit. They are not available to accounts that have previously received such bonuses or where a prior account registration existed.

5.7 taya03 reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for the cancellation or amendment of any promotion.

5.8 In the event of a dispute regarding the calculation of bonus amounts, wagering contributions, or promotional eligibility, taya03's decision, based on its internal records, shall be final and binding.

6.1 All games offered on the taya03 Platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real money wagers.

6.2 taya03 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic games (slots, electronic table games, virtual sports). All game providers are subject to independent third-party testing and certification for fairness and RNG integrity.

6.3 In the event of a game malfunction, error, or interruption caused by technical failure on taya03's systems, taya03 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that were affected by the malfunction. Where technically feasible, taya03 will attempt to reconstruct affected game state and restore Player balances to pre-error status.

6.4 Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant game as administered by the live dealer and the provider's platform. Decisions made by the live dealer in accordance with the published game rules are final.

6.5 Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games on taya03 and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and Player account level (including VIP tier).

6.6 Players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results. taya03 makes no representation regarding expected winnings or return rates other than those stated in published RTP (Return to Player) disclosures for individual games.

7.1 The taya03 sportsbook allows eligible Players to place bets on pre-match and live in-play sports events across a range of sports, including but not limited to basketball (PBA, NBA), football, UFC, boxing, and volleyball.

7.2 All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement; the confirmed odds displayed on your bet slip at the point of placement are the odds that apply to your wager.

7.3 taya03 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or limit bet acceptance on any event at any time without notice. This includes situations where taya03 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a betting market has been subject to manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or match-fixing.

7.4 In-play bets are settled based on the final verified result of the applicable event from the relevant governing sports body. Where the result is officially amended after initial publication (e.g., due to disqualification, protest, or regulatory review), taya03 will re-settle the affected bets in accordance with the amended official result.

7.5 Winnings from sports bets are credited to your taya03 wallet upon settlement of the event. Unsettled bets will show as pending in your account transaction history.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya03 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false personal information during registration
• Opening more than one taya03 account or acting in collusion with other players
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological aids to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activity, or using taya03 to launder money or finance illegal activity
• Deliberately submitting or facilitating fraudulent payment transactions, including unauthorized chargebacks or disputes against legitimate taya03 transactions
• Abusing the promotional and bonus system through low-risk wagering patterns, multiple account exploitation, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine play
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, result manipulation, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive or offensive language toward taya03 staff or other players
• Attempting to access, damage, or disrupt the taya03 Platform's servers, network infrastructure, or other users' accounts

8.2 taya03 will investigate all suspected violations of this clause and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, void bets and balances, and report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including law enforcement and PAGCOR.

9.1 taya03 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognize that gambling can be addictive and that a minority of players may experience gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all taya03 account holders from within the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your taya03 account
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed and net session results
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period)
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and block access to the taya03 Platform

9.2 Once a self-exclusion is activated, taya03 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded Player from opening new accounts on the Platform. If you are self-excluded and manage to access the Platform, you must immediately cease using it and contact taya03 support.

9.3 If you believe you have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek professional assistance. taya03 operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

9.4 taya03 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Player to open a new account or claim promotional bonuses. If you have been excluded and taya03 becomes aware that you have opened a new account, the account will be closed and any balance will be returned less any amounts attributable to bonus funds.

10.1 All content on the taya03 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game titles, and the compilation thereof, is the property of taya03 or its content and game suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya03 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the taya03 Platform without the prior written consent of taya03 or the relevant rights holder.

10.4 The taya03 name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are proprietary to taya03. Unauthorized use of any taya03 trademark is strictly prohibited.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya03 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.2 taya03's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your taya03 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 taya03 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability. taya03 shall not be liable for losses resulting from such unavailability.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12.1 taya03 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal conduct
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information
• Failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so
• Receipt of a valid legal or regulatory order requiring account closure or asset freeze
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer

12.2 Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, taya03 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance. In cases where no breach has occurred, any verified real money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after applicable verification procedures.

12.3 You may voluntarily close your taya03 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, ensure all pending withdrawal requests have been processed and no active bets remain open.

13.1 Your use of the taya03 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how taya03 collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data obtained from Users, including data collected during registration, KYC verification, and gameplay.

13.2 By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to taya03's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the disclosure of personal data to regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

13.3 taya03 processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. You may review our Privacy Policy at taya03.co/privacy-policy.

14.1 taya03 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on taya03.co/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

14.2 For material changes to these Terms, taya03 will endeavor to provide advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number. However, your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms regardless of whether such notification was provided.

14.3 If you do not agree with any revision to these Terms, you must cease using the taya03 Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.3.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

15.3 Dispute Resolution Process. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact taya03 through our official customer support channel and provide full details of your complaint or dispute. taya03 will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days and will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through this process, you may then escalate to the relevant regulatory authority or pursue legal remedies as available under Philippine law.

15.4 In any dispute between you and taya03, the language of proceedings shall be English unless otherwise required by applicable Philippine procedural rules.
